This is our unique 1st / 2nd season front nose, it's unique because we made it from scratch. It has his own expression, and the look is as close as possible to the original one, so a beautiful conversion part for any K.I.T.T. or K.A.R.R. replica! The front nose has molded blackouts in it, and comes with already made open grill openings.The sides are adjusted to the fenders of the car, so they fit is as perfect as possible. The only thing you have to do is drilling the holes into the mounting edges to mount it!
It's very easy to mount, because it's mounted the same way as the original factory bumper.
Before painting, adjust the fenders / hood and front nose if necessary, also the area of the scanner opening from the front nose can be adjusted / raised if it's to low, by mounting something underneath it, so it will lay just below the hood.
The sizes of the scanner opening are 1,2 inch / 3 cm high and 20,2 inch / 50,5 cm wide.
We also have a second version of the front nose available, one with factory blackout openings. They are ment to be covered with plexiglass blackouts, but we can't deliver them unfortunately (yet).
The factory blackout openings are custom made, they are fiberglassed later into the front nose. That's why it's also a little more expensive then the first version.
Grill bars will be available later for both style front noses.
